Virtual Assistant

Reporting to the CEO and other members of the internal team, the Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing top-notch technical and operational support to the CEO and the StartupHQ Team.

This role requires top-notch communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, team spirit as well as outstanding customer service skills.

✓ Aids the team with various editing & change log tasks using the programs and platforms listed below

✓ Answers general email inquiries and correspondence as assigned

✓ Assists in social media execution, including but not limited to posting. responding to comments and DMs and outreach to potential customers

✓ Maintains and organizes files, data, notes as requested by CEO & StartupHQ team

✓ Assists CEO & Team with various tasks, functions &  duties that may be assigned

Communication, writing, scheduling, organizing, managing, customer service, sales, travel logistics, business savy, passionate about entrepreneurship.

✓ Google Docs/Drive/Gmail

✓ MS Office Word Excel

✓ Acrobat Pro

✓ InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe programs (preferred)
