Investor Presentation For A Boutique Sustainable Luxury Hotel In The Caribbean

Stella came to us with the request to help her write & design an Investor Presentation to include all the typically relevant slides for a redevelopment project, as well as a graphic design and color scheme in line with the branding and image of the new sustainable boutique hotel.

SCOPE:  The first part of the project was to understand the requirements for the presentation and the type of audience it will be presented to.

Next, we gathered all the necessary data to create a sustainable luxury boutique hotel real estate redevelopment investor presentation that included an Executive Summary, Investment Highlights, Property Overview, Economics & Terms as well as a Development Overview with Location, Plans, Budget, Timeline and Management & Branding Section. We were contacted by Stella to discuss the possibility of creating a real estate redevelopment Investor Presentation that would serve as a negotiation base for interested investors in the new sustainable boutique hotel being developed in the Caribbean island of St. Lucia.
